This hands-on, social cooking class is perfect for a date night, a friends’ outing, or a delicious way to kick off the year.

You’ll learn to prepare a crisp Classic Caesar Salad with garlicky Parmesan croutons, buttery green beans, and perfectly seasoned roasted new potatoes. Then, the star of the evening: a beautifully seared NY Strip Steak topped with a fragrant rosemary pesto – the kind of dish that makes you feel like you’ve snagged a reservation in Midtown. For dessert, you’ll whip up a creamy, indulgent New York style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust that’s pure bliss.

Like all Dinner Party classes, this night is all about cooking, connecting, and enjoying great food together. You’ll work in small groups, learn real skills, and savor every bite of your creations.
